How do i finish the tutorial?

To finish the tutorial and play the actual game, you need to complete 5 missions.
Then you can exit the tutorial by pushing the 'Exit tutorial' button on the mission page.

How can i get new wildcards?

At the start of each round you receive 3 wildcards, during the round you cannot buy or receive any new ones so spend them wisely.
Only through random events you have a 1% chance to receive a extra wildcard.
